Rob Noble, highly experienced former Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, works with Mayors, elected councils and council executives in formulating targeted approaches enabling performance to be monitored and measured, according to agreed key performance measures.

Rob conducts reviews based on a specially designed Business Excellence approach, or uses other processes tailored specifically for clients.
