Team Development

Our experienced facilitators work with teams to help them be the best that they can be. We support them in developing team charters, a team vision, agreed team values and action plans to actualise their vision.

Through a range of tools we also help teams to understand and value the diversity within their team and to identify ways that relationships can be improved through an understanding of the operation of personality in the team context.

Teams gain a better understanding of how to communicate more effectively and how conflict can be managed through a better understanding of self and others.

They also develop tools to track how they are performing as a team on a range of measures including the effectiveness of team meetings, team performance and managing relationships.
